Paneer Saagwala or Palak Paneer
- One of the most famous paneer recipes at Indian restaurants is Paneer Saagwala, also known as Palak Paneer. It is a healthy yet tasty dish that has a mild flavor because the main ingredients are spinach and cottage cheese (paneer). The typical Indian spices add extra flavor and aroma to the dish.
- The deep green color of the dish is so magical due to large amounts of spinach and fenugreek leaves. Moreover, the paneer cubes are pan-fried contributing a crispy and crunchy texture to the dish. The dish can be well paired with any of your favorite flatbread.
Malai Kofta
- Malai Kofta is basically 'dumplings in cream sauce'. It is a very well known and scrumptious North Indian velvety curry formula made with aloo and paneer balls in onion and pureed tomatoes.
- It is one of the creamiest curry plans from the North Indian food can and stacked with malai or cooking cream. You may either serve this with a decision of Indian flatbreads or maybe with a decision of enhanced rice.
- Crumbled paneer (cottage cheese), which is an Indian-style cheddar, is collapsed into the crushed potato with slashed cashews, cilantro, raisins, and a touch of flavor. The blend is molded into balls, which are daintily seared in oil. The kofta is then delicately stewed in a fragrantly spiced cashew-tomato-cream sauce. What's more, it is totally joyfully scrumptious.
Dosa
Dosas are a crispy Indian version of pancakes mostly consumed in South India. The main ingredients for this dish are soaked rice, fenugreek seeds, and black lentils. These ingredients are further blended with water to form a thin batter and then kept to ferment for a while.
- The reason behind fermentation is that it adds a slightly sour flavor to dosas. Cooked by spreading the batter on a hot pan, until it becomes crisp and delicious.
- Dosas are typically eaten with curries and different types of chutneys. Dosa can be cooked in different ways by stuffing it with mashed potato, peas with spices, or onions with paneer, etc.
